Banyon Temple

Banyon Temple is pretty close to Angkor Wat and Siem Reap, which means it is also pretty crowded with tourists. The main feature of the temple is a collection of 54 towers with carved faces. Angkor Wat is enormous and open when you visit it, but Banyon Temple is more like a maze of interconnected pathways.

The walls of the towers are covered with bas reliefs depicting religious stories, historical events, and images of the rulers.
